FYNE Travel stands for tailor-made luxury travel. The new branch in Düsseldorf, Germany's second richest city, is set to become a flagship project for the premium label of Lufthansa City Center (LCC).
LCC opened the concept to travel agencies outside its own franchise network in August 2023. FYNE Travel Düsseldorf is the first store that will be independent of LCC
(Lufthansa City Center). The office will be managed by Verena Weigelt, co-head of the LCC office Schmidt & Partner in Bochum, FYNE Travel, and Roman Mehrow, head of the Zurich tour operator R Selection - Travel in Style and DMC Suisse Selection. The two luxury travel experts have founded their own company for FYNE Travel Düsseldorf to facilitate the further development of the brand.

Roman and I have long wanted to realize a joint project and Düsseldorf offers the perfect setting," says Weigelt, who has been working in the industry for 27 years. The flagship store is managed by Stefanie Volk, who has almost 30 years of experience in sophisticated travel planning.
