Bistro EssART in the "Culture Kitchen" in LARGO Medienhafen now also additionally with vegetarian and vegan dishes from Green Rosin
Bistro EssArt rethinks canteen food and offers tasty dishes made from fresh, regional products every day. Since June, tenants, visitors and external guests of ALTO and LARGO in Düsseldorf's Medienhafen have also been able to convince themselves of the selection and quality of the dishes offered by the Bistro EssART business restaurant: the focus here is on freshness: fresh ingredients from the region, fresh preparation and always fresh ideas that surprise. At six different counters, the food is cooked directly in front of the guests. One highlight: the vegetarian and vegan counter from Green Rosin, with dishes and recipes from the well-known celebrity chef Frank Rosin.
"We are pleased that we are now also represented with our bistro EssART in the "Culture Kitchen" at LARGO in Düsseldorf's Medienhafen. We were able to win Green Rosin for our vegan and vegetarian dishes. Together with the company founded by Frank Rosin, we develop delicious dishes that inspire our guests to spend lunch with us without meat," says Christian Rutz, Managing Director of EssART.
