The Schwitzke Group announces an important step in its future strategy: Since March, cousins David and Lukas Schwitzke have taken over the joint management of Schwitzke & Partner, succeeding Tina Jokisch and Marie Dorenz, who previously led the company together as managing directors.
David Schwitzke has established himself with international experience in the industry. After studying architecture at the renowned Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, he gained valuable experience at some of the world’s leading architectural firms. Among other things, he worked in design and execution planning at Foster & Partners for the Bloomberg Headquarters and was involved in acquisition and competition at HPP-Architects. He also served as architect, project, and office manager at EuroAtlantic GmbH. Since October 2024, David Schwitzke has been part of the management of the entire Schwitzke Group, responsible for real estate development and client representation.
Lukas Schwitzke now joins the management of Schwitzke & Partner as the creative mind. He studied communication design at the Hamburg Technical Art School in Berlin. After two years as a communication designer at Schwitzke ID, Lukas Schwitzke took over the design agency of the corporate group in 2023, bringing more presence to the virtual space with Schwitzke ID's digital offerings. Since then, he has overseen projects that set new standards on an international level.
