Beispielprojekt

The Fürst & Friedrich project in the heart of Düsseldorf, realized by the real estate company Art-Invest Real Estate, sets new standards: at the corner of Fürstenwall and Friedrichstraße, a spectacular office building that fuses historic existing buildings and modern new construction to create new working worlds was completed in 2019. The new office and commercial building, planned together with the renowned slapa oberholz pszczulny | sop architects, revitalizes Friedrichstadt and underlines the importance of the district for Düsseldorf. A cooperation with the Düsseldorf artist Jan Albers integrates elements of the old building into the new building and will unite both worlds in the foyer.
